Meet Owner Janessa Gendron
Janessa has been in the recruitment and training field for over 10 years — starting as an entry-level interviewer, working her way up through the industry to project manager and eventually opening her own business. Her professional journey has allowed her to gain a much deeper understanding of the industry than many people in the field, and develop proven problem-solving skills.
Operating her own business has also allowed Janessa to develop organizational and communication skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and projects are thoroughly developed and executed. Additionally, she gained crucial skills regarding managing and mentoring employees, so they’re empowered to bring their own experience to the table and become collaborative problem-solvers rather than simply the “help.”
In her off time, Janessa enjoys cooking, hiking, and travel. She’s found her international travel has helped her become a better communicator and a more complete strategic thinker. She’s currently training to hike to Machu Picchu in Peru next year.
Janessa has been married for 18 years and is the lucky mother of beautiful 13-year-old twins and one very happy dog.
